We waited over an hour for our food. Staff largely ignored us while serving other customers. They did not apologize, offer a discount, or do anything to try to make it right. When I inquired about a discount, I was told that one would be issued to me as soon as the cook finished the meal he was working on. Unsurprisingly, the refund never came. Terrible service. I won't be back.

The service staff are very nice. The food is pretty good for the price. The service goes pretty fast. They do have a mustard sauce here. It was a little different than I've used to, is kind of watery but very strong, But had a very good taste. The white sauce was also a little watery compared to many other places we've been to. Overall we did enjoy our food but I would say it is not top shelf, but as since this is a little bit cheaper place it was expected, then we normally go to. We tried the fried noodles. Again, overall a decent experience, especially with the service staff being so nice.

This is one of the two Japanese places near my home, and it did not disappoint. I had a decent meal; I got the shrimp and steak combination. It came with fried rice and sweet carrots. The portion size was fine. However, the other Japanese joint down the road gives me a bit bigger portion sizes, and I can usually squeeze two meals from one dinner combination. The inside is actually quite nice, with some seating and dated décor. I got my meal to go, and it was piping hot when I got there, and wrapped up nicely in a plastic bag. I was provided soy and duck sauce, even though I did not ask for it, as well as some napkins and a plastic fork. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and ensured that I got the correct order by going over my name, number, and order. I tried one of the house specials when I got my takeout; I got cheese steak spring rolls. I thought they were decent, I think they could have been filled a bit more, but the flavor was good, there was just not much in the roll itself, I can say this as one was pictured, but I got two, as I wanted to give it a real good try and see what they were all about. I order Kotta cheese steak spring roll. This is a warning the rolls was mainly onion with three specs of steak. I brought it to the guys attention and all he said is there is steak. The other food was good. But I don't think I will be visiting this place again. Not worth the price

This place has potential. However the male who takes your order did not acknowledge my and I. We had to repeat the order several times. He was too busy on his phone. This person needs to be written up or fired. They were not busy at all. The male who brought our food to us was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. The food cost too much and the bad customer service just compounds the experience. Wont be back. Avoid until the customer service is improved at minimum. UPDATE: Owner responded to review. Means a lot.
